In light of Dominican Staff Appreciation Month, we want to highlight and thank REVOLUTION Financial Manager, Frank Beltre, for his work with the REVOLUTION Project!

Before working directly with SRI, Frank spent over 10 years as Administrator for the Christian Clinic for Integrated Health. Frank lives in San Juan de la Maguana, Dominican Republic with his wife, Juanita, and three sons. His responsibilities include serving as as the middleman for the SRI Office, REVOLUTION Construction Manager, Ken Potter, Dominican Public Health, SRI’s nonprofit partner, ACPSI, the REVOLUTION Construction Committee, and the REVOLUTION Operations Committee. He also supports the project engineers, architect, and construction workers. Frank has been an integral part of SRI’s successes with tax exemption and exoneration as well as the relationship formed with Dominican CAT dealer, IMCA, in Santo Domingo. Frank has also had significant involvement in the fundraising process as he has travelled to over 000 locations throughout the United States to be the main speaker for the REVOLUTION Update Tour. Currently, with all SRI missionaries in the States, Frank is also SRI’s financial contact for the guesthouse at this time.
