Container Arrival and Medical Gas System

We recently shared on social media the exciting news about a container arriving onsite at the REVOLUTION Project! In case you missed it – on March 19th the first container of medical equipment and supplies for the new facility arrived tax-free from the States to San Juan de la Maguana, Dominican Republic. This is the first container since COVID-19 with approximately ten more to follow. The combination of new government, new rules, and the unknowns of customs, made the success of this container’s arrival no easy feat. We appreciate the hard work of our Dominican nonprofit partner ACPSI in completing the great amount of required paperwork and meetings. Please pray that this paves a smooth road for future containers!

Additionally, the medial gas system is well underway and is expected to be complete within the month. This is an exciting upgrade as the clinic does not have a built-in gas system in its current location next to the guesthouse. Once complete, this will allow for finishing work to move forward inside the new building as we get closer and closer to its completion.
