As the year comes to a close, we thank you for your generous giving of finances, prayers, skills, and time to help those in need in the Dominican Republic. Construction is wrapping up for the REVOLUTION Project and attention is shifting more and more toward important items such as Public Health approvals, customs, and the gathering, purchasing, and shipping of equipment. Additionally, fundraising to complete the $5.9 million project budget remains a high priority.

While we are grateful that a loan is an available solution via the Christian Service Foundation, our desire is to quickly raise the final amount needed to avoid borrowing money. Currently, it is predicted that a loan will become necessary early in the new year to help with cash flow. Now is a great time to give to the REVOLUTION Project. The more that is given now, the less we will need to borrow, which in turn lessens the interest SRI will need to pay, thus reducing the overall cost of the project.

As 2022 comes to a close, and you and your church/organization begin to think about year-end donations and prepare next year’s budget, please consider how you might support the REVOLUTION Project and our desire to complete the budget without having to borrow funds. Please keep in mind that because of the financial health of SRI, 100% of REVOLUTION contributions go directly to the project itself, without the removal of administrative fees. Thank you for your careful and prayerful consideration of helping with this current need. Your faithfulness to service with SRI continues to make a significant difference in the lives of many in the Dominican Republic.
