We’d like to just take a moment to thank our fall construction teams for all of their hard work and involvement these past few months!

Construction teams these past few months came from Brookside Church from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Dr. Rhodes’ Team from Concord, North Carolina, First Presbyterian Church from Nashville, Tennessee, Ivy Tech Community College from Fort Wayne, Indiana, the Castillo Team from Fort Wayne, The Diller Family, Ohio Northern University from Ada, Ohio, and Northwoods Community Church from Peoria, Illinois. In total there were 45 people who worked on the project during their time serving in San Juan this fall.

During their time working on the project, teams focused on the eastern perimeter wall and were able to complete about 50% of it. At this time, about 85% of the total perimeter wall has been built. Our goal is to have the wall complete by summer 2018. Thank you so much to all who have worked on the project to help us reach this point and thank you to all who plan to come down soon and keep things moving!
